Yes, it is safe to order online with True Curated Designs. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server, powered by Shopify Technologies. 

Yes. True Curated Designs will provide an appraisal certificate from an independent third party for your engagement ring with all the details about your stones, and the making of the ring.

We provide an appraisal certificate from an independent third party for your engagement ring purchases so that you can take the certificate to your insurance provider of choice to insure the ring for it’s full retail value.

Each piece is beautifully placed in our True gift box and includes a velvet dust bag. We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself!

While this is not currently available, you can make a note on the order page at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All True jewelry is shipped in a nondescript FedEx box, for security reasons.

Yes we do! In the main menu, select Gifts > Gift Cards and you’ll be able to purchase gift cards under select. 

While True may have the occasional special promotion, we never put our jewelry on sale because our jewelry designs are timeless, special edition and we offer the best possible prices all year round.

Yes you can! Through our website you can make a purchase with a credit card in any currency and ship to any country. Note that you may be subject to taxes or duties upon your purchase getting in to your country if you have made an international purchase. We currently ship all orders from our facility in Canada.

For security purposes, all orders are shipped through FedEx and only released to you through a direct signature. 

Shipments are insured until they have been signed for by you - we will work to replace any shipments that have been lost in the mail. 

Care and Repair

Contact us at info@truecurateddesigns.com with the subject line “Repair” and your order number, and any information you have about the issue - such as what piece it was, when you purchased it and images of the damage. We would be happy to repair your piece if the damage was a manufacturing defect.

True jewelry is all made from solid gold and precious gemstones and in many cases, we offer our own True cleaning wand with purchase. Please visit our product care page here to read more on how to care for your precious jewelry.

At True, we recommend having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected every few years. This is not due to potential product faults, but general use, wear and tear of wearing a ring every day. This may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge - including the shipping label which True will provide to you - for the first few years, and beyond that we will happily provide you with a shipping label and assess. The customer only pays for repair work beyond that. 

On custom designs, we offer a full computer or hand rendering for approval before any payment is taken and production is started. We want you to be 100% satisfied with every detail - that’s why it’s a custom design! 

We do not offer any repair or resizing service. If you require a size that we do not have in stock, we’d be happy to custom-make one for you, just reach out. For repairs, if your True piece is defective when you receive it, please send your order number and a photo of the defective piece to info@truecurateddesigns.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Whenever you want! We design all of our jewelry with the durability in materials and designs that they can be worn daily (it is gold, however, so expect standard scratches from wear-and-tear). Check out more on our 24/7 wearability philosophy at our blog post here.

Orders and Ring Sizes

That’s no problem! Just send us an email at info@truecurateddesigns.com with your name, reasoning and order number. 

There are many ways to find out your finger size, or to sneakily find out your partner’s ring size. Read on for our tips - some are subtle and stealth for surprise engagements, and some help if you’re measuring for yourself.

Unfortunately, that is not one of our services at the time. If you’d like a personal touch to your jewelry piece, please contact us prior to ordering and we can help you with a custom personalization.

We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been shipped out. In that email, you will receive your order number. 

Yes! We can change the address as long as the order hasn’t been shipped out. Send us an email at info@truecurateddesigns.com with the new address.

When your order gets shipped, we will send you a tracking number! In case you have issues with it, send us an email at info@truecurateddesigns.com
