- A diamond grading certificate - All of our diamonds are graded and you will receive a certificate detailing the information about your diamond.
- A GIA pamphlet about diamonds - Additional education never hurts! The GIA pamphlet includes detailed information outlining the 4 C's of a diamond, in the event that you may want to share information with your partner, or anyone else, about your diamond.
- An appraisal certificate from an independent third party - An appraisal is a document stating the approximate retail replacement value of an item, and what you could insure it for. The certificate includes complete details about your ring, so you can ensure that you received the cut, colour, clarity and carat weight of a diamond, and the precious metal that you expected, as well as a review of the craftsmanship of the piece (always graded Excellent, with True, that's our promise). Your appraisal ensures that in the case of loss, theft, or damage your insurance company will give you an equal replacement of your item. Your insurance agency can rely on this appraisal to calculate a coverage rate for your diamond or piece of fine jewellery.
- Annual cleaning and repair - Wearing an engagement ring or wedding band every day causes some wear-and-tear. At True Curated Designs we recommend having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected every few years. This is not due to potential product faults, but general wear and tear of wearing your ring daily, over time. True will provide you with a shipping label for free cleaning and repair for the first two years of your purchase, and a paid shipping label to have any future work you may require to have done in the future. We want your purchase to last forever, that's our promise to you.
- Free Secure Shipping - All True Curated Designs jewellery is shipped through Fed Ex Express and insured right to your door. The shipment will not be released unless signed for directly by you.
- Product Warranty - True Curated Designs stands behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If you have damaged your item on your own, we are happy to support you in repairing or replacing the item.
